Topic: The Light and His Word 3
John 6:63 “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
Read also John 1:4, there is an emphasis on the Word which became flesh being light and the light being life, we can then infer that God gave us a chance of life in Him (after the death of Adam in Eden) through His Word which indeed is the light.
It may seem confusing to the carnal mind, but thank God for His glorious light, you have been given the privilege to unravel the mysteries of the Kingdom. He who embraces the Word of God embraces His light and has the life of God in Him. Live by this truth!
Talk to God: Father, increase my thirst for your Word daily in Jesus’ name, amen.
