The Forms of Prayer

Topic: The Forms of Prayer

Matthew 6:9 “After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.”

Christ taught His disciples to pray, mentioning the key things which should be included in our prayers, and in today’s text, we’d see it starts with an acknowledgement of God as the Father, and reverence is given to Him.

However urgent your requests are, do not ignore acknowledging God, even the privilege to call on Him in the first place comes by grace. Praise God always.

Talk to God: Father, help me to acknowledge You with all I think, do and say in Jesus name, amen.
