Matthew 16:24 “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
Christ called us in a fellowship of the cross, one that makes us share of life and suffering and ends in eternal glory.
Christ asking you to take up your cross is a calling to stick to the faith irrespective of the hardship you may face. There is a saving grace that He will never leave you alone, follow Him.
Talk to God: Father, help me to bear my cross and follow you endlessly in Jesus name, amen.
