John 6:53 “Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.”
The sin of Adam and Eve in the garden and about the death of mankind. The spirit man died and what remained was only a shadow of what God intended for man to be. A covenant of eternal life was broken.
For God to have restored His life to man, it required a new covenant, where God and man alike were involved, Jesus’ blood brought about that solution. What do you consider His blood to be?
Talk to God: Father, give me deeper understanding about the blood of Jesus, so that I may better appreciate His sacrifice in Jesus name, amen.
