John 6:54 “Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”
The blood of Jesus connects us to life, the God kind of life, so that while on earth, we can live like Him. Also very important, it gives us access to eternal life so we can live with Him after death, forever.
Unless you are a partaker of Christ’s blood, washed and purified by His blood, it is impossible to reign with Him after this life. Are you washed by the blood of the Lamb?
Talk to God: Father, help me to remain in the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus, amen.
