Matthew 5:9 “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”
Christ is the Prince of Peace (Ish 9:6). In reconciling men to God we are in like manner promoting peace on the earth.
Also, the act of making peace between to parties count as being a peacemaker, God is pleased with this and would call you His child for your labour in His vineyard. Are you a peacemaker?
Talk to God: Father, help me to be dedicated to reconciling men to you in Jesus name, amen.
