Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Finding divine rest first begins with deliberately conforming with God’s principle of rest, total surrender unto Him. When God sees us cast our cares on Him, He does the rest.
Divine rest is a special privilege for those who do not wrestle their lives with God. You cannot give to God what you cannot let go, it is a matter of the heart.
Talk to God: Father, teach my heart to rest on you in Jesus name, amen.
