Hebrews 10:25 “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is ; but exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
Fellowship is a crucial part of Christianity, once a soul has been won, they must be planted amidst other saved souls to ensure they grow together.
The soul you win might not necessarily join your assembly, but see to it that they join a Bible-based church, this will help ensure that your labour on that soul would not be lost.
Talk to God: Father, help me to teach new converts the way in Jesus name, amen.
