Philippians 3:14 “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
One of the motivations of champions is the prize that awaits at the end of their struggles. If there is no target, pressing forward would be of no reason. The hope for an incorruptible crown keeps our journey of purpose alive.
Beloved, there is no greater reward a man could get in fulfilling purpose than eternal life, the rest are add-ons. This high calling should set your eyes on the high reward the bible speaks of. Until eternity is your goal, fulfilling purpose would be difficult
Talk to God: Father, help me never to loose focus of the prize in Jesus’ name, amen.
