Ephesians 2:5 “Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)’
An important perspective we must have as concerning sin and salvation is to see the former as a state of being dead and the latter as life. We inherited death from Adam as a result of sin, the resurrection of Christ brought us to life again.
Glory to God for the salvation scheme. The fact that everything is alive is liable to die means a man can loose his salvation. This is why you must continue in God to remain saved, he that resurrected you can keep you alive.
Talk to God: Father, help me to remain dead to sin and alive to your righteousness in Jesus name, amen.
