Psalms 107:28 “Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.”
Prayer is meant to come first before we take steps, many disasters would have been avoided if every Christian were to go to God in prayers each time a decision is about to be made. However, when things go wrong and we face challenges after neglecting prayer, God is still merciful to attend to us if we return to Him in prayer.
As today’s text reflects, God is in the business of rescuing men from distresses and He desires to help those who run to Him in prayer, do not allow your challenges keep you away from God, He still delivers.
Talk to God: Father, please deliver me from every distress in Jesus name, amen.
