Jeremiah 6:16 “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.”
Life may be full of ups and downs, but God is its author, divine rest is only found in Him. And when God decides to give a man rest, He shows him the way to go.
As seen in today’s text, a man might refuse to follow God’s direction thereby ignore divine rest. Do not allow yourself miss God’s plan, obey Him.
Talk to God: Father, help me to obey your instructions always in Jesus name, amen.
