I John 2:3 “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.”
As children of God, knowing Him better should be our priority. Today’s text shows that we in obeying God we gain deeper spiritual knowledge about Him, and as such, those who obey Him know Him better.
God loves to fellowship with you, but that relationship will never thrive until you begin to do what He says. If you want to know more of God, obey Him.
Talk to God: Father, help me to draw closer to You in obedience to your word.
