We have seen the relationship between God’s Word and His Light, and more about the potency of His Word is that it also brings understanding. We can consider light as exposure or knowledge and understanding as insight.
The devil is cunning and you must be filled with light and understanding to outsmart him. Today’s text says where to find these, the Word of God; Make it your daily bread.
