Hebrews 3:12 “Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.”
A very dangerous factor that leads to the fall of many in the faith is unbelief. When the devil is at the verge of breaking a believer, he introduces doubt. The man may then begin to take the truth of the gospel for granted, and doubt the prospects and essence of salvation.
Today’s text is a warning. The perilous times of the end of the world are here, and it takes God’s grace to remain in Him. Be careful to reflect on God’s word daily that unbelief might have no place in your heart.
Talk to God: Father, uproot every seed of unbelief in my heart in Jesus name, amen.
