As soon as Bartimeus was called, he knew what could stand in his way, and did away with the distraction.
Sin, weights that easily beset you will not make you worthy of walking with Jesus, and so if you want His help, cast them away. He will help you.
Talk to God: Father, help me to cast away any hindrance between me and your help in Jesus name, amen.
