John 4:34 “Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work”.
A very notable trait in the lifestyle of Christ was His inclination to fulfilling purpose in doing God’s will. He stressed this in today’s opening text, how He feeds on doing so.
There were pleasurable earthly things in the world then as there are today, but Christ chose the Father’s will. What could seem so difficult to let go for your purpose fulfillment? Let God take it from you.
Talk to God: Father in Jesus’name, take away everything I hold that is a hindrance to my purpose.
