Matthew 19:29 “And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.”
The relief we have in Christ is that, after we have faced persecution of any sort, without giving up, there is a glory ahead greater than the suffering.
There is no one who serves God without being rewarded, so while you pass through storms for His name’s sake, know for sure there is an expected end.
Talk to God: Father, help me to endure to the very end as I work for you in Jesus name, amen.
