1st Kings 19:19 “So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him.”
God’s power is readily available to be poured out, but He is not a waster of resources, and He knows the end of a thing before its beginning. Availability of the vessel is a key condition for receiving God’s power.
When Elijah found Elisha, He was about his business but he left everything and made ready for the calling (vs 20). Are you available?
