Topic: Coming to the Light
John 3:20 “For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.”
As this text rightly illustrates, the light of God is desired only by those whose deeds are not hideous. If we are to choose the light, our works must agree with it.
When the light shines over your deeds, what will men see? Christ groomed disciples who would like Him, do works acceptable before God and unquestionable to men, are you in the Master’s footsteps?
Talk to God: Father, help me to do exploits and be presentable before your light in Jesus’ name, amen.
