Genesis 22:18 “And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
Abraham got a great portion of spiritual blessedness. This blessing even extends to his biological and spiritual offspring, and the reason for this blessing is found in today’s text.
God created you for His pleasure, and when you do His will, you ascribe due honour to Him. He cherishes the obedient and blesses them. Be obedient and be blessed.
