Luke 1:38 “And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.”
What should be our response to God when He shows us our purpose, and we discover in due course what we are called to do? Such is what the mother of Jesus gave in this opening text, obedience and submission.
The problem with some is not inability to discover purpose, it is to accept it. Your response to God determines whether or not you would go all the way to fulfil His mandate. Let your heart be inclined to following Him submissively and obediently.
Talk to God: Father, may I accept your purpose for me without any objections in Jesus’ name, amen.
